| about 30 meters away adjacent to the main beach area
are four (4) fresh water swimming pools, in an interlocking/terraced formation
with two (2) water slides. |

| One of the 4 pools is shallow for children while the
others are deeper designed for the more adventurous. This pool complex
has one hot tub, one Jacuzzi, showers, sauna and locker rooms. |

cottages, each with four (4) units of which each unit consists of two (2)

| There are two (2) restaurants: open air with a high cogon
thatched roof with large overhanging eaves that partially cover a 4 meter
wide surrounding terrace which remains cool even on the hottest days. |

change rooms, lockers, lecture rooms, and equipment and apparel storage

| are in the form of four (4) individual spacious duplexes,
